Hand-Crafted and Aged Well
A Creative District
Evergreen - A creative, welcoming community full of Rocky
Mountain nature and beauty is a rewarding day trip just
30-45 minutes west of Denver.
Evergreen’s historic Main Street, bordered between a pink cliff wall
of boulders and the rapidly flowing mountain waters of Bear Creek
in downtown is compact, but full of irresistible fine arts, crafts and
gifts worthy of any home, as well as bistros, coffee shops, boutiques,
specialty shopping, live music and dining along the creek. Recently
chosen as a candidate Creative District by Colorado Creative Industries,
we pride ourselves on our unique community of artists, creators and
musicians, as well as the friendliness as you enter our front doors.
The Evergreen Gallery, since 1987, represents 100 of the most
talented and recognized artists in Colorado. The focus of the artwork
in the Gallery reflects the beautiful and awe-inspiring landscape,
wildlife, light, textures, color and vibrancy of Colorado.
Main Street Fine Art Gallery is a friendly, upscale gallery belonging
to the 56-year-old Evergreen Artists Association. Local award-winning
artists work in this gallery daily, featuring consistently changing artwork,
monthly shows, artist demos, lectures, workshops and Last Friday of
the Month Gallery Walks.
Shadow Mountain Gallery is a mountain area artists’ owned business
celebrating our 25th year in 2015. Our local artists produce and exhibit
individual and unique Fine Arts and Fine Crafts representing a wide
range of art media.
Sculpture Evergreen began its popular self-guided Sculpture Walk in
the downtown area of Evergreen in 1999, and later expanded the Walk
to encompass more of Evergreen’s beautiful landscape. It continues to
draw art lovers to Evergreen for its annual changing display of sculpture.
